Blades Repair and Overhaul

Trained in the US, France and Germany, our professional staff provide quality services for composite and metal rotor blades, such as:

  • replacement of leading edge erosion strips, trim tabs, trailing edge strips and tip caps

ST Aerospace specialises in the field of aircraft spares support, inventory management and logistics support.  As Asia’s largest single-source aircraft component supplier, backed by an international procurement network, we provide access to extensive sources of helicopter parts and materials. Our inventory is available for immediate delivery, and includes a 24/7 AOG service.

Engine Repair and Overhaul

We provide repair and overhaul services for helicopter engines, including:

Engineering Services

Our engineering team has accumulated a wealth of experience in the areas of engineering and production, from simple one-off equipment maintenance to a complete avionics suite installation. Having jointly developed the EC120B light helicopter with China and France, we offer a full range of engineering activities from design, prototyping and certification to serial production.

We are also conversant with the Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) certification process and have obtained STCs from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) for various customisation works, including avionic customisation with glass displays on EC120B and airborne imaging with video downlink system on Bell and Eurocopter helicopters.
