Airframe Maintenance and Modification
ST Aerospace provides comprehensive maintenance and upgrade services for the Lockheed C130/L100 Hercules.
Some of these have been converted to aerial tankers for air-to-air refuelling.
Our technical and engineering staff receive rigorous training at the Lockheed Training School in the US. Our team of quality control inspectors monitors every phase of work to ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality.

Component Repair and Overhaul ST Aerospace is the largest independent aircraft component repair and overhaul facility in the Asia Pacific. Our repair and overhaul capabilities cover an extensive range of mechanical, electrical and avionic parts and components. Together with Messier Buggatti, a leading aircraft landing gear Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), ST Aerospace has facilities that bring together the complementary capabilities and expertise to provide high quality repair and overhaul services for C130/L100 Hercules landing gears. Engine Repair and Overhaul ST Aerospace also offers the repair and overhaul of the T56/501 engine. As an authorised maintenance centre of Rolls-Royce T56/501 engines, ST Aerospace’s quality is assured. Our T56/501 rework capability has received Rolls-Royce’s endorsement. We have the capability to perform upgrades on the engines.

Avionics Upgrade and Modification
ST Aerospace’s in-house Engineering and Development Centre (EDC) provides high quality and reliable engineering solutions for the C130/L100 Hercules aircraft. Under our care, your ageing avionics will be transformed into a modern, state-of-the-art avionics system. Our engineering solutions are versatile, tailored to your specific requirements with a wide selection of sub-systems from suppliers worldwide. You will enjoy flexibility in aircrew-aircraft allocation with a boost of commonality among your different models of aircraft.
Our capabilities include navigation, safety and communication improvements to meet Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) requirements on the C130/L100 Hercules aircraft. Improved digital avionics enables better situational awareness. With improved information presentation in the cockpit, aircrew decision making is enhanced and workload is reduced.
Survivability of aircraft and crew is paramount in a high threat environment. ST Aerospace is able to enhance aircraft survivability by integrating a Self Protection Suite (SPS). If performing missions at night is a critical part of operations, we are able to install night aids to your aircraft such as an advanced ground mapping radar for ease of use at night.

We are certified by various major OEMs. Our extensive inventory is available for sale, exchange or loan, catering to all levels of C130/L100 Hercules maintenance. Through our international network, we are also able to provide immediate access to sources of aviation parts and materials. Our inventory is available for immediate delivery, and includes a 24-hour Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) service.
