Comprehensive MRO services for narrow-body aircraft

Base maintenance
Base maintenance for aircraft is performed at ST Aerospace’s operating units located around the world. Recognised by the biennial Overhaul and Maintenance survey thrice consecutively since 2003, we are the largest commercial airframe MRO company in the world with more than eight million manhours annually.

Line maintenance
Line maintenance activities at ST Aerospace are closely coordinated with the maintenance operation and planning centre in conjunction with your operations. We deliver the expertise and management to handle all line and light maintenance requirements.

At ST Aerospace, we deliver component support services, with a 24x7 components logistics support programme including AOG, component repair, overhaul and warranty management for components removed from the aircraft, and warehousing management. Engine repair and overhaul
ST Aerospace offers engine repair and overhaul maintenance support, specifically in CFM56 engine models. These services can be provided on a time and material or flight hour basis, depending on your needs.

Technical services
Our fleet technical management services provide you with a well-established framework to manage the operational and technical aspects of your aircraft. The range of services includes:

  • Maintenance engineering – aircraft maintenance scheduling, aircraft configuration control and airworthiness directive/service bulletin evaluation and control
  • Reliability engineering – aircraft, component, powerplant reliability control
  • Aircraft engineering – repair schemes, special maintenance and inspection instructions, modification design etc.
